Hesperia Bilbao Hotel

The hotel's location was ideal, as it was conveniently situated near the Guggenheim Museum and within walking distance of the main shopping area. the hotel staff was extremely helpful and the rooms offered a wonderful view of the city and its attractions.

The electronic room keys were a bit problematic, causing frustration and inconvenience for both myself and other guests.

Lovely room with a view of the river and Guggenheim. Comfy bed. Perfect for families with dogs. Excellent location, minutes from the Guggenheim, restaurants, and shops. Dog-friendly amenities provided.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy access to the city center and beautiful river sidewalks. the breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious options, including vegan choices and superfood toppings. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.

The room we stayed in was small and got very hot, especially since there was no air conditioning available. We were advised to keep the window open all day to cool down the room, but this made it quite noisy at night, affecting our sleep quality.

The location of Hesperia was superb, with the river and museum right in front of the hotel. It made exploring the city on foot very convenient. The comfortable bed and helpful staff added to the pleasant stay. The breakfast options were satisfactory.

One drawback was the lack of air conditioning in the room, quite hot. there were some issues with the cleanliness of the dishes in the restaurant.

We stayed at Hesperia for a few nights and loved it! The junior suite was spacious and comfortable, with a great view. The location was perfect - walking distance to the old town and center of the new town. The nearby funicular provided a stunning view of the city. The breakfast was good, although the coffee could've been better. The staff was friendly and spoke English well. The hotel's design and location on the river were charming.

The hotel is located right on the river, making it a convenient base for exploring the old town center and the famous Guggenheim museum. The walls in the rooms are quite thin, allowing some noise to filter in from other rooms and the corridors.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just outside the city center and along the river. It was surprisingly quiet and set apart from all the activities, which gave it a more relaxed vibe. The staff were lovely and very helpful. We overheard a conversation between a member of reception and another guest who was complaining about missing a museum tour because of a car rental breakdown. It was excellent customer service that we truly appreciated.

We felt that the check-in receptionist could have offered a warmer and more welcoming service. However, this small issue did not detract from our overall positive experience at this venue.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right by the river and within an easy walk to the old town center. I really enjoyed my stay here! The location was perfect - set apart from all the activities and on a lovely tree-lined promenade along the river. The room amenities were excellent including a comfy bed and a good selection of tea and coffee. The restaurant and bar offered delicious food and drinks too.
